Cremation without ceremony (no service no attendance)

This option is available when there is no service or any attendance by family, friends, or clergy (no viewing) and includes the following:

• Our professional service fee
• Cremation fee at the crematorium of the funeral director’s choice
• Cremation permit
• Death certificate
• Coffin
• Transfer of deceased

Burial

For direct burial (no service no attendance), the inclusions below apply. Please note the fees for the cemetery of your choice vary and are an additional cost:

Additional Options

The following are options that families may choose for additional costs:

• Newspaper notices
• Viewings prior to the day of the funeral
• Funerals after our business hours, on weekends, or public holidays
• Ashes delivery in person within the service area, or courier/registered post for all other areas
• Funeral service at a venue prior to the committal in the cemetery or crematorium
• Final tributes (for example: balloons, doves, butterflies etc)
• Audio visual presentations and recording
• Musicians
• Orders of service
• Memorial books
• Coffin or casket different to the one included above
• Additional floral tributes
• Catering and/or facilities

• Cemetery fees - these vary depending on the cemetery, section, and type of grave required so we are unable to include all the prices on this website. Please contact us to discuss your choice of cemetery for accurate pricing.
• Any other goods or services not specifically nominated as inclusions above.

Explanation of our Professional Service Fee

The following are just some of the services provided within our professional fee.

• Safe, secure, dignified, and ethical care of your loved one in secured premises;
• Conducting, managing, and attending to your loved ones funeral at the venue of your family’s choice;
• Liaising with clergy or celebrant, crematoria and cemetery facilities, florists, newspaper publications, musicians, and caterers;
• Attending to registration of the deceased and adhering to local government regulatory bodies and their statutory requirements; and
• Ongoing care and support for your family in the future as the need arises (introduction of qualified grief counsellors and the provision of literature).

Explanation of our Payment Terms

• We manage our accounts in a professional manner and reserve the right to invoke a reasonable collection charge on overdue accounts
• We will issue a final account on completion of the funeral service for your records.
• An administration fee of $300 is charged to the account (over and above any funeral price quoted). This fee can be deducted from the account if the full amount is paid within seven (7) days from the date of the funeral service. In the event that the account is not paid in full within seven (7) days of the funeral service, the administration fee of $300 is not refundable.
• Payment of this account is not subject to the granting of probate, or reimbursement from any Works Compensation claim, Insurance Fund or any Government Department eg. Centrelink or Veterans Affairs.
• Our payment terms require an fifty percent (50%) deposit prior to the funeral service taking place and suitable arrangement made with us for payment of balance acceptable by management.
